  • Through communication with your NDIS plan manager, support coordinator, or other relevant professionals (with your consent).

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, such as for reporting to regulatory bodies or authorities in cases of suspected harm or abuse as we are mandatory reporters and have a duty of care.

Under the Privacy Act and the NDIS Code of Conduct, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Correction: You may request that any inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
